Meet Kristen, a licensed Cosmetologist, multi-certified lash artist, and certified trainer with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. But what truly fuels her passion? Helping women feel absolutely gorgeous while giving them a peaceful, relaxing escape from their busy lives.

Kristen’s dream of creating Sorella Lash Bar has been years in the making. Following in the footsteps of her grandmother, she began working in salons at the young age of 14, always envisioning ways to elevate the beauty industry.

While Kristen is skilled in many areas of beauty, her heart belongs to lashes. She believes in the art of creating the perfect lash set—one that’s not only beautiful and customized to your natural lash and eye shape, but also feels healthy and comfortable. At Sorella, we’ve made this our mission: to make every guest feel at ease and pampered in a cozy, welcoming space.

Sorella means "sister" in Italian, and that’s exactly how we treat every client—like family. The values Kristen has instilled into the heart of Sorella Lash & Brow Bar are what truly set us apart, making us a place where beauty meets relaxation and every set of lashes is a work of art.

Mackenzie started as Kristen’s protégée and quickly turned her passion into a craft. Now, she’s our go-to lash expert, known for her impeccable retention and creating customized styles that perfectly complement each client’s unique eye shape and lash goals.

Mackenzie’s secret? A mix of skill, precision, and a knack for making her clients feel totally at ease. Whether it’s your first set or your hundredth time seeing her, you’ll always leave your appointment feeling relaxed and ready to take on the world with a gorgeous set of lashes.

When she’s not at Sorella, you can find her soaking up the sun at the beach with her boyfriend and snuggling her adorable dog, Winnie.

Currently attending Proskin Academy to earn her esthetician license, Siena brings a fresh energy to both our Headspa and skincare services. Her dedication to learning and passion for beauty shine through in every service she performs — always striving for perfection, comfort, and a little extra pampering.

When she’s not studying or working at Sorella, you’ll find Siena helping out with her family’s business, BeBlends, or spending time with her beloved crew of fur babies.

Meet Dawn, our front desk queen and the warm welcome behind Sorella. After a long career in the mortgage industry, Dawn traded in numbers for nurturing — keeping us organized, making sure you get the appointments you need, and filling the studio with her contagious laugh. When she’s not holding down the fort, you can find her soaking up time with her husband and the cutest little pup.
